Create an account, then add your website, competitors and prompts during onboarding. Citex begins tracking how you appear across the main AI platforms using the prompts you picked (or the ones we suggest). After that you can add or remove prompts, compare competitors and read insights from your dashboard.

Open the Mentions page in your dashboard. You get an overview, or you can filter by any brand you track. For the selected brand you see every prompt where it appears, the links cited alongside it, and a running total of mentions.

Yes — every paid plan can invite team members into its workspace. Subscriptions belong to a workspace, so prompt limits and seat limits apply to that workspace alone.

Citations are the links an AI platform references while writing an answer. Tracking them shows which of your pages get cited, which sources the models lean on, and where the gaps are.

Yes. Open the workspace dropdown in the bottom left of the nav, or go to Workspace Settings in the side nav, then Subscription — you cancel directly through Stripe.

Yes. Click the user profile box in the bottom left of the nav, then Delete account in the account modal. Confirm, and the account plus all its data is permanently removed.

Note: if your workspace still has more than 1 member, the workspace itself is not deleted — it only goes when nobody is left in it. Remove everyone but yourself first.
